Deleting your account
You can permanently delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your profile, search history, saved results, points balances, and all other associated data.
How to delete your account
- Go to your Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to find the Danger zone section.
- Click Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.
Deletion is immediate and permanent. We cannot recover deleted accounts or data.
Active subscriptions
If you have an active Plus or Pro subscription, cancelling the subscription does not automatically delete your account — and deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed through a third party (e.g. Stripe). Make sure to cancel your subscription before or after deleting your account to avoid continued charges.
Data export
If you want a copy of your data before deleting, contact support@livesimpli.appand we'll send you a data export before processing the deletion.
